First session was a torture but then I find myself going back for torture again and again so that speaks for itself. It's way more effective than the usual massages as it's more targeted and specific so I'd highly recommend. Sharp is great and I'm glad I found her by accident.

Gerald is really knowledgeable and very quick to assess my stiffness in my neck to stretch and release the problematic tight muscles I have. With just 30 minutes he helped me gain some range of motion in my arms and stiff neck! Would definitely recommend his stretch therapy sessions to anyone in need of a good stretch.
